With this practice there&#8217;ve been many\u00a0 benefits at school as well as at home: better focusing, improved relationships, children that learn to listen and relax their body and its sistems.<\/p>\n<p>Our main project is to distribute the didactic kit in all the schools in Switzerland so that any child can meet the yoga and all the good things that help him\/her living an health and happy life.Our association proposes a workshop for teachers, educators, parents who want to teach yoga to children. Many teachers who have attended our stage have now introduced yoga in their lessons and have seen the great improvements that yoga gives.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this project is that children and the people around them know yoga and its deep power.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper. With Manuela,a friend and coordinator of the nursery Ambarab\u00e0 in Italy, we decided to experience yoga with babies. So that every Wednesday, at 10.00 a.m., the yoga lesson started. Babies decided freely to participate or not. First we washed our hands, we put angel cream on our hands and we started our adventure. At the end of our experience, we didn&#8217;t believe how yoga attracted so little babies, they were fascinated at every lesson. Their attention was of about 40 minutes, an unexpected long time at that age.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this project was to understand how useful could be the yoga practice in nurseries. This to provide new instruments to people who works with so little babies.
