Approched yoga when she was nineteen. Experiencing physical and mental wellness with the practice of positions and breathings, that discipline became something important, a real passion, so that she started studying more about it.

During next years, the number of yoga and soft gym classes increased and, since 2005, she has started yoga lessons with children. Loretta has been fascinated how children are naturally connected with yoga. She believes more and more deeply that if you can experience yoga during childwood, as a way of expression, this can be a great support for personal improvement.Yoga teaches how to love yourself in all the aspects and to balance different parts we are made: body, mind and spirit. This is the reason why she wants children to learn yoga.
In September 2005 she attended several workshops to earn how to teach yoga to children and improve her experience. One was “Piccolo Yoga” by Clemi Tedeschi and the other one, in 2006, was “The yoga for children and teenagers” managed by Lorena Pajalunga.

In July 2008 YogAmico was finally created. During the next years, this didactic kit has been proposed during the most important wellness events, as Tisana and Massaggia.ti in Switzerland, Armonia and Bliss Beat Festival in Italy.
Since 2010, Loretta has proposed workshop for teachers, parents and educators who want to know a method to approach children to yoga.
In April 2011 Kundalini has been created, a boardgame realized with friends to discover the chakras in a funny and soft way.
In August 2013 she obtained the certification of 280 hours “Rainbow Family andCommunity Yoga Teacher Training” held by Gopal Yaffa and Francoise FreedmanBarbira specializing in different kind of yoga: fertility, pregnancy, postnatal, baby, children, teen, families, partner, community, and yoga for the wisdom of the woman.
Approached yoga, a little out of curiosity, a little with the hope of healing her “back pain” and recover from little injuries suffered during the sport activity. She realized that practicing with a certain intensity various sports, such as snowboarding orclimbing, the body and the muscles are subjected to a great effort and often without adequate preparation, after a day of sports, you wake up with stiff muscles andlactic acid are required to aimed at having to stop for a while even though we wouldstill go with the mind to “make two curves in snow.”
For this reason she felt in love with yoga, with a regular practice she could feel theimmediate benefits to physical activity: developing muscle elasticity, decrease pain, breathing correctly increases the intensity of practice and being able to stay focused, performance improve.
So when she met yoga, she is no longer able to do without it, she wanted to know its meaning and to understand its origins and history.
