She believes more and more deeply that if you can experience yoga during childwood, as a way of expression, this can be a great support for personal improvement.Yoga teaches how to love yourself in all the aspects and to balance different parts we are made: body, mind and spirit. This is the reason why she wants children to learn yoga.
In September 2005 she attended several workshops to earn how to teach yoga to children and improve her experience. One was “Piccolo Yoga” by Clemi Tedeschi and the other one, in 2006, was “The yoga for children and teenagers” managed by Lorena Pajalunga.

Laura
Approached yoga, a little out of curiosity, a little with the hope of healing her “back pain” and recover from little injuries suffered during the sport activity. She realized that practicing with a certain intensity various sports, such as snowboarding orclimbing, the body and the muscles are subjected to a great effort and often without adequate preparation, after a day of sports, you wake up with stiff muscles andlactic acid are required to aimed at having to stop for a while even though we wouldstill go with the mind to “make two curves in snow.”
For this reason she felt in love with yoga, with a regular practice she could feel theimmediate benefits to physical activity: developing muscle elasticity, decrease pain, breathing correctly increases the intensity of practice and being able to stay focused, performance improve.
So when she met yoga, she is no longer able to do without it, she wanted to know its meaning and to understand its origins and history.
